Extreme problems

Postby spreader » April 22nd, 2012, 11:14 am

Overall quite pleased with the tablet. However there area few niggly points. Firstly the 'gallery' app for viewing media. I use 2 microSD cards one loaded with jpeg files and the other with mpeg files. After swapping between the two cards I cannot view the most recent card files since the old ones are still there. I've tried 'refresh' and 'mount/unmound SD' with no joy. Eventually it seems to put itself right but it is a frustrating problem. Secondly there does not seem to be any suitably sized combined case/keyboards available for the Extreme. All the ones available are not suitable for an iPad sized tablet.

If it isn't broken then don't try to fix it!

It seems that the only combined case and keyboard described as capable of fitting a 10" epad will NOT fit the Extreme. The Extreme tablet is identical in size to an iPad so it should fit the iPad keyboard/case. However the Extreme only has a mini usb port not the bluetooth connection that the iPad has. So would a solution be to buy a usb bluetooth dongle and use the iPad case and keyboard?
