According to this news flash http://www.androiduknewsetc.com/2012/04 ... -a-budget/ the 7" Gemini Joy will come with ICS.
Looking at the pics on Amazon http://www.amazon.co.uk/Gemini-Computer ... e_a_smtdit it looks remarkably familiar but they don't list what the CPU is although the rest seems to tally.
Might be worth keeping an eye on this to see how close it is to the Excel and if the ICS build is any good.
