Best browser?

Postby Bobbythedog » May 9th, 2012, 1:49 pm

Having only had my Scroll Extreme for 5 days I've not really had an opportunity to test it fully but standard browser out of the box feels a little slow to me.

Tried installing Firefox (my preferred browser on PCs) but it was worse.

Read good things about Dolphin and Opera though there seems to be some fears around on line purchasing security issues on the later.

Anyone care to put forward there preferred fav (and why?)

Cheers

Maxthon browser for me.

It's very fast, def quicker than skyfire, Opera, Dolphin and stock browser. I have tried them all.

This is now my main browser. The gestures are great, back a web page, next web page, close web page, new web page. Full screen view is really good, optimizing the tablet screen for viewing. Web pages are super quick to load and super quick to return back to (no waiting at all). Quick toolbar icon references for Fav's, Bin browser history, tabs +/ - etc.... Previous history shown on opening browser so you can continue where you left off ;)

A nicely thought out browser that's a keeper for me :D Hope u agree.
Cheers

Stock browser on Android 2.1.x to 2.3.x.

Also Firefox for normal PC surfing & Kylo for big TV viewing.
