Eken A90 Firmware

From what I can see the A90 is exactly the same as the S.E. apart from the battery (5000 on the A90).

Not quite sure what can be done with this but if someone can get it working I'm sure it will be a hell of alot more stable than the botched S.O. firmware.

you should be able to flash this with livesuite if you get clockworkmod first then do a backup then flash that Eken .img
you will be able to go back to extreme if it dont work out
but reading around all the 4.0.3 roms have problems so it may be worth waiting for 4.0.4 to become available

Currently running the pwd3d 1.3v from the link and it seems to be working well.

Has play store access, and for the few minutes its been running seems stable and quick.

Only issue found is that the Youtube app is 3.2.3, and cant update to 3.5. Just remove app from /system, and also youtube folder from /data, reboot and install from play store.

Have been impressed with this build. Its now been updated to 1.4v, but not tried this.

Only issue I found was after the update I found it almost impossible to get back into CWM. Its the same key press as default, but just didn't seem to work. I installed novatools and used that to get back to recovery.

The one thing which was very good on this, the latest Skype and GTalk video all worked perfect, also the front camera was listed as 1.3mp instead of 0.3mp. Tried a photo and it has a 1.3mp resolution.
