PLEASE HELP Scroll will not come alive

Hi Guys,

I hope that you can help me.

I have a Scroll Android 8" 2.3 which was great but will no longer boot up.

It will only load the first page (the one which a hot air balloon on and says "Storage Options") thats it !!!

The last time it worked the battery was running low so I plugged it into the charger and that was that.... since
then nothing, it will not bootup.

I am new to computers and especially the Scroll, it took me a which to figure it out to the point where I felt confident enough to put my personal stuff on it and now its appears to be lost.

I would really be grateful if someone could help me out as I have a very important project on there.

Have you tried to hard reset the device?

I dont know how to, can you talk me through it please ?

Somewhere there should be a reset hole near the usb port, poke a pin inside and hold it in there for 10 seconds. The device should reboot.

Give that a try.

HI Guys,

Just wanted to say thanks as per your instructions it came back to life.

The only thing is, it now shows that I have used 5 gig of memory.

Is there a way that to find out why ?

I only have one small movie and no music where as before I had like 3 movies and over 100 tracks !!!
