Well that's a kick in the nuts...not only did I spend the same (?) about 4/5 weeks ago, but you get more storage and you get more storage for free! Typical....

Aye - You win some & loose some, at least you were able to get one. I just don't have nearly £200 to spend on one - At least I have my Excel tho'

Good deal, had a look at that one. The one i got was from Scan, they were doing a good deal for £200 with an 8gb micro sd card (didnt need a huge amount extra), a free case and free next day delivery

Only thing I'm gutted about is that it didn't come with a hdmi cable (I'm sure I read that the extreme does), think I have one lying around from my graphics card though..

Also my Elite runs like a dream. No slowness etc, just silky smooth. Still when Suggsy hopefully makes his rom compatible i'l put that on...

Am I being stupid or is the Elite the exact same device as the Extreme, but with an extra 8GB of memory? If so then it makes sense to keep the Extreme forum for Elite and Extreme posts.

If it was exactly the same then Suggsys rom would fully work on it

Ah from what I can see it's nearly the same hardware. simon194 said that only the screen rotate and volume buttons didn't work.
