Portrait Case

Postby puddleduck » June 7th, 2012, 10:21 pm

I've got an Ipad leather cover that will act as a stand in landscape mode.

As I use my Extreme in portrait mode for everything apart from games, say 80% of use, I'm hoping another member has found a case that will act as a stand in the long orientation.

I've looked on line and can't find a case for a reasonable price, say under £20.

Anybody out there got any ideas. :|

Thanks,

Barry.

A quick look on amazon has found this http://www.amazon.co.uk/Generation-Compatible-Multi-Function-Accessories-InventCase%C2%AE/dp/B007OWEREW/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1339135961&sr=8-8 so they are out there!

Shame you'd have to put up with that god awful logo :(

Thanks for that. I did see it on Amazon but didn't buy.

However on looking again I've ordered one.

I believe the logo's on the IPad, I can always put my own sticker on if I'm wrong,
may do anyway if I can find something snazzy.

Cheers

Just an update on this thread.

The case arrived the day after I ordered it, it's well made and equally stable in portrait or landscape mode.

BUT the solid back is slightly too small for the Extreme. However I've turned that into an advantage by black taping the tablet to the rotatable back. This means All the buttons are freely available without cutting bits out, like my last case.

So pleased with my purchase overall.

Barry.

After reading about a couple of broken screens, I'd recommend one of these cases which are very sturdy.

Link in earlier posting.
