So if anyone needs it, I just backed up the Adobe Flash from my Galaxy S3.
This is the latest version, and should work on Excel and later tablets.

Adobe have added a caveat in caps on Flash for Android’s download page on the Google Play Store: “Note: Flash Player is no longer being updated for new device configurations. Flash Player will not be supported on any Android version beyond Android 4.0.x.”
