How do I flash my tablet? I have an android phone and know how to do that, is it a similar process? someone can link me a guide?

I'm on ICS 4.0.3 I think, is there something better / more optimized?

You posted in the How to's rather than the help section so I have moved your post.
The how to's tell you how to do it and are not for questions but are for answers.
If you need to ask you probably shouldn't be trying to do it as you can brick your Scroll.
If it is working well then my advice (as you already have 4.0.3 is to leave well alone)

Cheers, my tablet has been randomly restarting after about 3 days of owning so I hopefully getting a new image or ROM installed will fix it
