Writing turning in white blocks on 7" Scroll Essential II

Hello People,

I have recently gotten a 7" Android Tablet; Scroll Essential II. It has been great however occasionally the writing turns into white blocks and I am not sure what is causing this.

Sounds oddly suspect.
If this started after installation of a particular app you could try uninstalling it and see if it makes a difference?
You could consider trying a factory reset if you don't mind losing your apps.

If this is only an occasional problem then I would suspect hardware related issues rather than any software ones unless it only happens when using a particular app.

As this is a new purchase I think I would be contacting Storage Options - or whoever sold it to you.
