When I press home, I am asked which defualt program I want to use

1. Home: com.android.launcher

2. Home: org.marketlauncher

Which one is the new one ?

Best one to use? They both seem to do the same thing

MarketLauncher is the new one but it didnt work for me...
Im running ADW much nicer lol

Yea I had a go of that ADW, scrolling was extremely smooth, but other things seemed to take forever to load, forgot what they were now, so I uninstalled it

Plus I would have had to arrange all my shortcuts again

You can always change the ADWSettings to improve performance - Stop any draw animations to make it nicer
