Tweaked ROM Download

ids10-CWM-a41_v1.1.15-08042013.img - 351.27 MB

Modifications:
- Includes CWM 6.0.2.8
- Data partition expanded form 750MB to 2GB
- Default language English
- Default local set to Great Britain

Note: To get the bigger data partition you will need to flash this ROM with the format option selected. Allow the ROM to boot into Jellybean to complete the process.

Rooting
1. Boot into ClockworkMod (see below).
2. Select CWM the reboot option.
3. Allow CWM to fix super user root (su).

Clockwork Mod (CWM)
ClockworkMod is included in the tweaked ROM.

Booting Clockwork Mod
To boot into CWM hold down the Volume Down button and then the Power button.
Keep them pressed until the first boot logo is displayed (around 10 seconds).

Build details:
- Android 4.1.2 - Jelly bean
- Baseband v3.0
- Kernel 3.0.71
- Languages: English, Russian, Chinese

Installation
Flash unzipped IMG file with LiveSuit.
(Can someone please post more details on LiveSuit?)

- Turn off tablet
- Run LiveSuit (I asume you have installed usb drivers before...)
- Select Rom IMG file
- disconnect usb cable (if connected)
- press and keep holding hold Home/Vol UP key
- connect usb cable while holding Home/Vol UP key
- press Power key repeatedly six times or more, until LiveSuit pops up.
- Click Yes on the format dialog.
- Click Yes on the format confirmation dialog.

Flashing will take around 3 to 4 minutes.

Firmware with ClockworkMod

Good news on the CWM front.

I have managed to build CWM 6.0.2.8 for DIGMA ISD10 firmware and included it in a new image.
This image needs testing so use caution.

Changes
- Included CWM 6.0.2.8
- Partition sizes not changed due to file system errors being introduced.

Testing
Backup, restore and factory reset seem to work.

I've read a lot about this ROM and it sounds like the one I've been waiting - i.e. super smooth Jelly Bean experience with Mali GPU drivers working. Unfortunately my USB ports seem to have packed up and Storage Options are refusing to honour the warranty as it has CM9 installed (I couldn't easily restore to stock with Livesuite without USB working)

Do you know if anyone has done a version of this ROM that's flashable using Clockwork Mod??

Hi,

I've installed this image on my extreme just now and it appears to be working ok but I'm having trouble rooting.
I can get into CWM but I can't figure out what options to use to 'Allow CWM to fix super user root (su)'

Is there a CWM guide somewhere of someone can give me a few pointers?

hi,

seems I might have sorted this somehow but not sure how. I did run 'fix permissions' from CWM maybe that did it.
I have installed 'superuser' from play store and that has allowed titanium backup root privilleges.
Restoring apps now, yay!
