OK so i think my excel has a software fault its not responding at all so im trying to re flash a ROM using live suite, live suite is picking the tablet up but its not flashing it just comes up with a warning but it don't say anything on the warning it just comes up with a warning sign and a ok box so im abit stuck

Hi jmh474,

If you are unsure about flashing a new image or changing things on your Scroll then have a read through these pages and you will find lots of information, albeit a little dated now- but completely relevant to Scroll tablets- in particular the Scroll Excel original and Scroll tablets 2 or 3 years old. Unfortunately, no one has offered much help to date with newer tablets. Also, although for a different tablet to yours, this video is very useful as the process is the same and is a very good walk-through of the required process.
