Hi there
I have not used my Scroll Essential II for a while and now when I turn it on its showing the ANDROID logo as if it is butting up but it is not getting there. I have charged the device put no luck. I have tried to connect it to my PC to download a software update but it is still showing the same on the screen. I have tried resetting.
Any suggestions how to fix
