Bugged scroll tablet 7D 4.2

I have a scroll 7D tablet that is broken i dont know if its the firmware or the default android rom.
The tablet suffers from many problems such as
process com.google.gms has stoped working
random bootloops when trying to turn on the tablet

when either of these happen the device becomes unusable and i have to factory reset the tablet
the random bootloops sometimes fix itself after awhile

Is there any .zip file i can flash to fix this as i know my way around android recovery and root but i dont want to root my tablet
