charging? turned on or off?

can you turn scroll off to charge and will it charge any better? please let me know can't see it in instructions. thank you

I am not sure if it will charge any quicker when the scroll is switched off but going by my other devices (Phones etc) is should.

If you connect your PSU when the scroll is turned off it will turn it on (By default) I genrally connect by PSU and then turn off the scroll.

i think my charge may be tempremental or faulty, because it does what you said but the battery box in the bar does not acknowledge its charging still on red and scroll has message saying plug in charger and it is, then turns itself off as only 4% and comes up with picture of battery and hazard sign, any ideas?

Does your charger have a green light on it?

yes the black plug in the wall, but the battery icon in the top bar on screen is red with a zig zag white hazard it doesn,t move or show its charging, like it used to

So the green light is on?

Check its pushed all the way in to the scroll.

Wiggle the wire where it attaches to the mains plug and the plug that goes into the scroll whilst keeping an eye on the battery icon.

the charger does not push all the way into the scroll hole, theres is about half a cm gap, and wiggle wires dont make any difference, sometimes it does pick it up, but then it just goes red.
