Installing ToxTree Software

Hi All

Im trying to install a piece of software called toxtree (an application used to predict chemical toxicity). Now, it is supposed to run on all platforms that support a Java runtime enviroment, which i believe Android does (though I may be wrong). unfortunatly, im not really sure how I go about doing this.

When I donwload the appropriate file (the zip file that lacks the windows installer from this site)

There are lots of JAR file, but I have no idea what to do with them to get the software to run, though as i have said, i dont know if this is possible anyway.

A bit of guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated
