charging? turned on or off?

what may i ask do you mean by old one, have had problems with your charger, i don't know if i should just push hard, i dont want to break it?

for your info guys, used charger overnight still dead at 4% used mini usb charger through the plug in wall and within hours charge up to 75% then replaced with charger and strangley charged device upto full within few hours. have contacted scroll and arranging for new charger. thanks for your help, just thought i'd post the outcome for peoples info if it happens to them.

old one as in the one i had replaced recently, just had another one replaced today for the same fault.
New one seems ok, same 1.01 firmware

to fonefixer, it seems these chargers have a fault on them if they've replaced yours too, or did you buy one and where from and how much, please?

Sorry, it wasnt a faulty charger in my case, the home hard button wasnt functioning correctly (wouldnt spring back up) .

i guess for the price you will get some teathing problems, still amazed at what the scroll can do, it's brill!
