Don't know if this helps, but I have an app called Beebplayer, this accesses BBC iplayer and it is a simple matter of clicking the program you want to watch and it just streams it straight to the Scroll no probs. Quality is fine, although the speed of your internet connection does have an effect on this.

Cheers Davichc

Even with fast internet connection the stream is blocky on the scroll (it was designed for mobile phones) - If you define 'quality is fine' as = 'Blocky' then you are right - lol
