Hi folks
Is there such a thing as an Android emulator that can be run on a pc? I'd like to access the Market through my pc, down load the apps onto an SD card then install them on the Scroll.
Or is there a really basic reason why this wouldn't work?

Firmware 1.01; rooted; Android 2.1; market working but Google won't let me download.

Check out the Android SDK, this contains an Android emulator. Its typically used for developing apps.
Not sure you you get market access through the emulator tho.
