New Market Issue - For Previously Working Market of 2 Months

As this is a new issue, I thought it would be best for a new thread, as I feel this could effect others sooner that later.

Background:

Had scroll for 2 months, with a working market of some kind - To start it was only free apps (downloading of apps always worked) after doing the PMT mod (over a month ago), paid apps and the carousel was showing (download of apps still ok)

Forward 1 Month:

Yesterday all ok still but, as from 9.30 am this morning when I went to the market place, the carousel and paid apps have gone, (download of free apps still ok) then 1 hour later, the download of free apps no longer works. BOOM the market is bust.

What I find strange is that I have not changed anything on the scroll in the last week. I would like to understand what has happened here, if people would be so kind as to shed some light on this new issue, that would be great, thanks.

Uh Oh. My Scroll is the same age & fw as yours, and I've had the same good experience so far, and no problems with the market. I'm dreading firing it up tonight ...

I would just try the emulator fix Charlie, more than likely your ID just took longer for the market to reject than most peoples.

UPDATE:

YAY - I am back on - What I did was, I stopped market running with 'task manager' then cleared the cache in market place app, then switched off the router, unplugged ALL router cables, left off for 10 min's - cables back in router & switched back on. Now I have full Market working again

I wonder if, as I have recently changed my ISP recently (24/12/2010) and currently on a dynamic IP address, that the one I was one today was banned?

More likely to have been the clearing of the cache that fixed it I would guess ?

My youtube app stops working now and again, and clearing its cache fixes it too
