Vigin/NTL World Email App

Can't get my email to work with virgin/ntlworld. Anyone got it working?

I'm on VM and didn't have any issues with the default mail client.
It's all fun and games, until someone loses an eye

I had a problem with POP3 but the imap4 works a dream
Receiving mail (IMAP4)
IMAP4 server name
imap.ntlworld.com
IMAP4 SSL
Enabled
IMAP4 port
993
IMAP4 authentication
Enabled (or 'Password' on Macs)
IMAP4 username
Full e-mail address, e.g., richard.branson@ntlworld.com
IMAP4 SPA (Secure Password Authentication)
Disabled
Receiving mail (IMAP4)
IMAP4 server name

IMAP4 SSL

pinched from another MB
While in the smtp (or outgoing) page, uncheck the box: “auth required”
field should be “smtp.ntlworld.com” or “smtp.my_isp.com”
Port sould be 25 no username, no password
