Dropbox saga - SOLVED

SOLVED - By adding the Micro SD card dropbox created folder automatically on that and now the downloads are working.



So anyhow still not got dropbox working so i have a ticket raised with dropbox and although slow the boys are very professional and iv submitted my error log however I always like to have a look my self after many years working in technical support you learn a few things.

I had to send the log error to drop box I wont post all of it here.

and perhaps a few questions.

I have 5 pdf files currently 50mb in my dropbox account however my account is 50gb do you think dropbox is trying to make 50g worth of space on the nand drive - far fetched but possible.

The odd error logs:

Couldn't create directory: null/dropbox for file null/dropbox/0195388542Brain.pdf


Now im sure this might be to do with WRX permissons on the file that dropbox creates?

java.io.FileNotFoundException: /null/tmp/dropbox/file0.tmp


seems to be a missing file of some sort googled java.io but nothing really came up.


any suggestions to what these might be?

If you don't mind me asking, why Dropbox? What are your needs?

A dropbox is awesome so needed on everything

B - means i can transfer all movies and files that I need without having to use a usb cable all the time.

download non working apk from the market on pc the drop it in dropbox and install on the scroll.

I would recomened dropbox to anyone and everyone.

Ps i do not work for dropbox.
