I have communicated with them before and have two email addresses

The standard support at storageoptions.com and also Mark.McCarter at ccidistribution.co.uk (Storage Options business name).

Hope this helps pee them off ;-)

Employees are like mules. Some you stand in front of and coax them along with a carrot. Some you stand behind and kick them in the arse. The key to management is knowing which mules are which!

I am still on the old, flakey 2.2

Has Steve done anything to improve that?

He has a Scroll we paid for, so putting some hours in irrospective of SO to improve stability should be the minimum.

Any updates appreciated Steve, and friends of Steve...

how the hell am i supposed to improve something without stuff i need, ffs theirs no way to improve things without source, if anyone wants this scroill they can have it im sick of the shit from this forum from people who dont have a clue what their on about, i cant do anything without data from either telechips(chipset maker) or SO since the stability and issues are related to kernel and dsp which i have already mentioned

You should have known before you took money from people -

Do not get mad with people you have ripped off, pay them the money you have stolen, you have their paypal addresses, easy repair, if you do not, expect consequences.

I was only asking Steve, not aware of other shit you are getting.

Progress updates are always appreciated, even if there is no news.

Are there legal channels we can go through?

as ive said multiple times, the lack of a working kernel is actually a breach of GPL license so that could be a legal route, as for the dsp libs im not 100% certain if those are gpl or not , kernel most certainly could be a legal issue.

Could be worth finding names/numbers/etc to threaten them with.

I will start with the dept of fair trading.

Detection just stop you have lost nothing at all. If people who actually donated have problems they can bring them up with Steve directly. this post is meant for updates and that's what it will be used for. If you think you can do better without the sources that are needed I'm sure people would have provided you the same.

Also internet rage tends to result in bugger all.
