I can see your point... GB is better for speed. ICS is well eye candy at its best ol
I don't mind if I get the nand dumps, but if you can I can make a livesuit image for everyone

Can you point me at notes on how to do create a livesuit image as I may need to.......
I flashed back the tablo image and all was well, then installed CWM recovery and it rebooted to recovery and was happy.
Then I restored my GB backup and it fails to display a screen! The tablet is running but dmesg shows a bunch of issues with the drivers failing to load.
I tried a couple of different backups but none work. Tried restoring in CWM then updating nanda from the nanda.img, but that is not working either. So a bit stuffed atm!
Going to mow the lawn now!!

as you got it for a media player is the lypsinc not more important than battery life also on GB can you find out whats using the battery on ICS its mostly phone and screen i think the phone was disabled in GB if so then we may be able to disable in ICS to get better life
Mitre wrote:on the earlier excels we all suffered from lipsync probs on GB i had an earlier firmware than most and it wasnt so bad but most people have about a 1 second delay on iplayer and most video formats ICS fixed this so if your GB never had this i wonder if your firmware would flash to the older scroll excels(screen drivers??) we need an unmoded livesuite .img of your build to test this
