i *think* so. the branding is very confusing. The box doesnt mention special edition anywhere but the spec and product number seems to point to the special edition (i have 2.3.3 pre-installed and it came with accessory pack). Also when i scan the barcode on the box it comes up as the special edition albeit with a different product code!!
