I've not started yet, just building up information on the hardware / software first. I'd like a clean run at it.
As far as the wifi goes, it is an atheros chipset and the .so files on the current firmware could be brought over. But in any case it appears its the same chipset as the huwai phones/tablets.
The screen and main board itself looks identical for the most part as the Pandawill G10, Wiipad Slim Plus, Haipad M701. The APAD 7002 looks the most promising from the screen setup.
